Welcome to UIL Impromptu Speaking!
Impromptu speaking is a competition in which students compose a well-organized, entertaining speech and then deliver it, all in a matter of minutes!
Students choose three possible topics. They then have three minutes to brainstorm/write their speeches. THEN, they have to stand up and deliver the speech without notes!
